The Julia Rackley Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, IL opened on June 17, 1920 as a result of generous support, enthusiasm and cooperation of the entire local community. Perry Memorial Hospital is city owned and is operated by a seven-member Board of Directors appointed by the Mayor. The hospital strives to provide compassionate, quality health services to the people and communities it serves. A dedicated staff contributes their personal effort to provide quality patient care.

Over 80 physicians are on staff at Perry to serve the areas' needs. Some of our services include a state-of-the- art Imaging Center with advanced technology equipment, expanded laboratory, Medical Rehab Department offering extensive and complete rehabilitation services, Pain Clinic, Sleep Center providing quality testing, and a wide selection of home medical supplies at Perry Home Medical conveniently located off the North Lobby at the Hospital. Our expanded and renovated Outpatient/Emergency Department was completed in 2005 and offers additional trauma and emergency rooms, a separate Emergency Department entrance for patients requiring isolation, a 24-hour private Outpatient Registration and much more! Perry's Women's Healthcare Unit is staffed with highly-trained, compassionate staff to provide quality maternity care for you and your baby. Dr. Mark Williams, General Surgeon, is located in Suite 205 at Perry and will take care of your surgical needs.
